Pratistha Adhikari

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the School of Economics at Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts, Georgia Institute of Technology. I received my Ph.D. from Clemson University in August 2026.  

My research interests are in labor economics, development economics, and public economics. I am particularly interested in gender, intra-household allocation, and the role of institutions and public policies in shaping human capital and women's economic development. 

I am currently on the 2026–2027 job market and am especially interested in academic positions.
